Account Deletion

You can delete your Ninova account at any time directly from the app. Follow the steps below to permanently remove your account and associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
Open the Ninova App
Launch the Ninova app on your device and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile
Tap on the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar or access your profile settings.
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll down in your profile screen and tap the "Delete Account" button.
Confirm Deletion
You will see a confirmation dialog. Tap "Delete" to permanently remove your account. This action cannot be undone.
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions before deleting your account.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile (email, display name)
- Your question history and saved answers
- Uploaded images associated with your questions
- Usage data and preferences
What Is NOT Affected
- Active Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
- Anonymized Data: Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics and service improvement purposes.
Alternative: Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@barbarda.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
