How many questions can I ask for free?

Free users can ask a limited number of questions per day. The exact number may vary. Upgrade to Ninova Plus for unlimited daily questions.

What types of questions can Ninova answer?

Ninova can help with a wide range of subjects including math, science, history, literature, languages, and more. You can type your question or take a photo of it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's settings. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play Store → Subscriptions.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the Profile screen within the app. Visit our Account Deletion page for detailed instructions.
